All commissions are to be paid in full up front.

All payments will be delivered through Paypal.

No refunds after payment has been received.

I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money for any commission at any time.

Commissions will be completed 1-3 weeks after payment is received. The commissioner will be notified of any circumstances that may delay the delivery of a commission beyond 3 weeks.

Updates will be sent at each milestone (sketch > lines and flat color > final render) and at the commissioners request.

Changes can be requested only as it relates the current stage of the artwork (ex. a request for change of the line art will not be granted if the the line art was already approved). The only exception are mistakes (missing/incorrect details) which will always be corrected no matter the current stage of the artwork.

Finished commissions will be delivered as a PNG through email.

The commissioner may post the finished drawing on social media so long as I am credited (@sugarysquids on Twitter).

Personal use only. Commissions are not to be used for any commercial purposes including, but not limited to, NFTs and reselling.

Please be advised that commissions may be chosen based on conditional circumstances and personal preference. I reserve the right to dismiss a request for commission for any reason aside from the terms above.
